ClearCam Security LLC ("ClearCam," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through clearcamsecurity.com, our chat widget, phone, text messages and email, and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us when you request a quote, book a service, contact us or use our website chat, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, property address and details about your project. We also collect basic website usage data (pages visited, device and browser type) through cookies and analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and schedule installations or trailer rentals
- To send appointment confirmations, job updates, follow-ups and requests to review our work
- To provide customer support and improve our services and website
- To send occasional service announcements or offers, only where you have agreed to receive them
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, ClearCam Security LLC may send you text messages about your quote, service appointments, job follow-ups and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver the messages (such as our messaging platform), who are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example our CRM, messaging, scheduling, website hosting and analytics providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.
Security cameras and footage
Camera systems we install are owned and controlled by the customer. We access a customer's system or footage only when needed to install, support or service it, or when the customer asks us to.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@clearcamsecurity.com or calling (702) 238-4565. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
